Calendar Application / Meeting Negotiator
This product is intended for managing the meeting schedules for key individuals within an organization during large events (i.e. tradeshows, conferences, etc.) Individual users may 'request' an appointment by adding a calendar appointment in the day or week view and filling in the required meeting information. The admin then 'negotiates' with the user through the system to select the ideal date / time based on their internal information. NO repetitive telephone or email exchanges occurs as the system manages ALL communication between the requestor and administrator.
Metrics Data Reporting Portal
The metrics portal is an integrated system for quick and timely reporting of business metrics data. Critical data normally collected manually and reported via MS-excel spreadsheets and MS-powerpoint documents are quickly and easily converted into a visually rich online data presentation. All existing charts, graphs, and tables are dynamically regenerated instantly thus saving hundreds of hours of repetitive data manipulation.
