We offer (3) versions of our Phase0: ERP Phase0, Strategic Phase0, and an AIAgents Phase0. The steps we take for each are identical, but the outcomes are very different.
Our ERP Phase0 is intended to assist customers with selecting their next Enterprise Resource Planning software system.
Our Strategic Phase0 is more of a comprehensive “gap” analysis which allows us to determine which information gaps exist within an organization and more importantly, which technology solutions could be employed to effectively solve them.
Finally, our AIAgents Phase0 brings a more sophisticated approach to helping companies integrate AI efficiently into a new or existing tech stack.
