When a new client approaches us with data management concerns, we have them complete our Manufacturing Digital Assessment. Our development team has spent years carefully designing and implementing this interactive tool to help companies pinpoint gaps in their existing processes and procedures. Once gaps have been identified, we can work with the client to develop and implement technology solutions. These solutions are personalized to each client and their unique goals, in order to get their business operating as efficiently as possible.

What does the Digital Assessment look like?


The brief Digital Assessment consists of 24 questions covering a variety of critical topics. These topics include: Information Management, Data Visibility, Data-Driven Process and Information Security & Protection. This assessment is FREE and takes no more than 30 mins to complete.

Once all questions have been answered, a Final Results page will be generated with an overall score as well as scores for each of the four sections. These scores are designed to give our clients a better idea as to where they are currently struggling. Our team will review the results of the digital assessment, add personalized notes and make recommendations to the client on the best course of action to take moving forward.

So, what’s next?

The Digital Assessment is designed to get a deeper conversation going with the client, but our work doesn’t end there.

Once our team has had a chance to analyze the results of the Digital Assessment, we typically plan a deeper dive into the company’s operations with an assessment we call Phase0. The Phase0 gives clients a chance to discuss their unique business model and existing data management tools in more detail. As we learn even more about the company, we are able to work hand-in-hand with them to create a gap analysis and develop a strategic plan to get the company managing their business data more efficiently.
